Every December, EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” holds a ball to celebrate the success of its agents and to mark the anniversary of the company’s anniversary. 

Held in The Wanamaker Building (now Macy’s) prestigious Crystal Tea Room, the Annual Awards Banquet is a time to celebrate the past year’s success and to look forward to the next year’s potential for success and growth. In addition to food, dancing and a few words from local trainers and regional owners, EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” also presents awards to its agents and office management for their dedication and hard work put in throughout the year.

Filled with music, laughter, food and the company of friends and co-workers, the EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" Annual Awards Banquet is an event not to miss!

EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group" Giant Holiday Stocking Delivery
In the spirit of giving during the Holiday season, EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” organizes an effort to deliver giant holiday stockings filled with toys and food items to a number of daycares or schools in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. 

"The TRI-STATE Group" Agents join together to fill the stockings and deliver them to the schools, including one agent who dresses as Santa Claus to greet the children. The stocking drive is one of many activities of how we support our community.

Each year, "The TRI-STATE Group" participates either as a sponsor or vendor for our local communities' job fairs, community heritage festivals, and more!  The office has participated as a vendor annually for Penn's Landing, Great Plaza Heritage Festivals and sponsored Philadelphia Senior Center - Tioga Branch's Annual Fan Fair. 

When someone visits "The TRI-STATE Group" event booth, he/she will learn about EXIT REALTY "The TRI-STATE Group", the FREE seminars and workshops, and the exciting opportunities of a career in real estate.  Also offered attendees will be given a chance to enter in a FREE raffle drawings and FREE face painting for their young family members and more!
